How to contact customer service?

ORDERS

How do I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake or want to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@bullterrier.world. Please keep in mind that order changes or cancellations are subject to the order fulfillment stage. The earlier you submit your request, the better the chances of accommodating it, as our orders are automatically forwarded to our fulfillment center. We will do our best to assist you with your request.

How long does your policy last?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or send you a replacement item.

Do you offer exchanges and returns?

If you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us at info@bullterrier.world as soon as possible. We don't offer traditional exchanges and returns since all orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China, however, we are committed to finding a solution that works best for your specific case.

My order came wrong or defective, what now?

If you received the wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@bullterrier.world with valid proof in the form of the product image or video with a written explanation. Once you send us valid proof, we will notify you if your complaint has been accepted. If we accept your complaint, we will send you a replacement item or give you a refund.

We ship to Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Chile, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

What is the estimated shipping time?

After we ship your order, it usually takes around 7-15 working days for the order to be delivered. Sometimes it can take shorter or longer, depending on your country of residence. Shipping times exclude processing time (1-4 business days), weekends and holidays.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer Free Standard Shipping (Tracked & Insured) on all orders, with no minimum spend. Here you can see the countries we ship to. 

Where is my order?

We will email you every status update on the email address you provided when you created an order, so you will know exactly where your order is. Please check your spam or junk folders for updates. You can also manually track your order using our order tracking page. Additionally, you can email us at info@bullterrier.world, and we will send you detailed status of your order.

My order wasn't delivered in estimated shipping time, what now?

If you did not receive your order in the estimated shipping time, you can contact us at info@bullterrier.world to check where your order is. Time in transit does not include weekends or holidays and Bull Terrier World is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

What payment methods do you support?

Our website has an SSL certificate, which means your data is encrypted and safe.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, PayPal Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay, as well as Shop Pay Installments on orders over $35 USD for customers in the United States, Bancotact for customers in Belgium, and iDEAL for customers in the Netherlands.
